Using freely available software, I connect to your computer remotely, and begin the job. Cable of DSL connection required.

Most of the time yes. Someone may be needed to take a call from me, to perform some physical keyboard/mouse function, or re-connect me if the Internet connection is lost.

95% of the time you can walk away for the duration of the appt. I'll call you if I need assistance, or when I complete your work.

Great! We can phone talk while I work. You ask questions, discuss problems, symptoms, what I'm doing, the whys & what for's, etc.

Save your file to your Desktop. When finished, double click that file to install it.
You'll see an ID and password box come up. YoThen on outu then call me with that information,
so I can begin working on your computer.

Remote repair is $10 an hour less than my "in person" rates. This service is Prepaid only, via Paypal. You "do not" need a Paypal Account to pay. Just use your Credit or Debit card.
